May be they checked our company website. In website all our sales people numbers there and 1st name is mine in contacts link. they are saying my MD name and my finance guy name also....

They kept ur file in process for long time and now they called your employee n u......i think they have doubt on some thing..... check all your documents u have submitted.......due to some mistake they might have got some doubt.

do the telcon is done for all or candidates are randomly salected ??

I believe they do random spotchecks to act as a deterrant for fraud, but also they will always perform employment verification if they have any doubts as to the authenticity of the documents provided.

So you don't know when you get the phone call if it was because they have any doubts, or simply that you were one of the random applicants selected.

I don't think I've so far learn't of any other person interviewed when he/she was alredy in processing stage. Best wishes.

Today update from my Application . GOT a call from NDVO to me and same time to my office... lets see what's they decide...... If GOD permit I will get positive results .....

Today I received an E-mail from Cairo VO , Instructing to arrange prepaid courier to receive further medical instructions for my wife
My wife is pregnant and her due date is 1st of December , I already finished and sent the medicals on 9th of June except the X-ray for my wife.
This time they didn't give limited period to receive and finish the medicals.
Did anyone have similar situation?
Can they again ask for the X-ray while they know she is still pregnant?
I will arrange for the courier on Sunday
Please advice
