Hi All,

I am back after a brief hiatus with nothing new to report. It's been a month since I heard from NDVO asking for more documents and after having submitted them they have gone AWOL. Maybe they will open my file today as the last letter was dated 8th June and maybe 8th July will be my BFD... Who knows what.

Anyway, I have caught up with most of the pages and Congratulations goes out to many who have had success in the past weeks and also to those who have moved closer to tasting success... many many congratulations...

As usual, I have no other choice but to practice the Art of Patience. I haven't gotten it down to a T yet.

More, as and when I get any news. Good luck to y'all.

Cheers

thanks indira.

29 days gone..and i havent seen any changes in ECAS ...

waiting eagrly for RBVO :(:(:(

We had to wait almost 2 months after PER to get RBVO, so 29 days is still not so long.

Patience, my young padawan..... ;)

Sorry all,

I'm not writing very regularly lately because of our move to a temporary rental home....
Our house is being sold and the new owners will move in at the end of this month!
Once I'm settled I will read all the unread pages of this thread....
But, I still have time to check Ecas sometimes and today it says: IN PROCESS! :P

So Admins, please change my status on the spreadsheet!

And CONGRATS to all who have received great news!!! :-*

Kind regards,
Louise!

I've been on RBVO for 4 months.I am so worried.London visa office is very slow..............

It is not just the slowness. The worst part is the seeming randomness with which they are choosing to process applications.

We still have July 2010 applicants (asaif) RBVO, yet on other forums I know of March 2011 applicants who already have their medical requests!

If you write to CHC London they will tell you that they are processing applications in the strict order in which they arrive - but how can that be?

MINISTER KENNEY ON Fraudulent Consultants

....

This may seem all well and good, but surely this can only govern consultants and lawyers who are based in Canada?

The largest % of fraudulent immigration consultants are from countries like India, and Canadian laws will surely not have any jurisdiction over them?

Hi - AEO does seem to take longer, presumably because they have to be very vigilant as to the validity of the AEO. There are plenty of crooked consultants out that will rustle up a fake AEO for a price.

Also please consider you are a December 2010 applicant. There are plenty of July, August, September and October 2010 applicants not yet in process.

Mine is 89 days today in RBVO............best of luck to all..........

Ritu

Hi all,

I've been inactive for a while thanks to a NER in Feb but now finally I can post some good news. We received PER yesterday. Please move us from the "inactive users" to the spreadsheet with following data (although it's a bit more complicated):
NOC: still FSW2
VO: still Paris
Application received: 23 Nov 2010
Payment method: CC
CC Encashed 1: 24 Nov 2010
NER: 28 Feb 2011
CC reimbursed: 10 Mar 2011
E-mail CIO "file under review": 14 Apr 2011
Request for new fee payment form by CIO: 2 Jun 2011
CC Encashed 2: 16 Jun 2011
PER: 7 Jul 2011 :D

We haven't changed anything in our file or haven't sent any additional documents but we did send some inquiries and, more importantly, worked through our representative which is a Canadian government agency (not CIC though ;D) This means apparently CIO made a mistake the first time, which cost us 4,5 months. Let's hope they make it up to us by speeding our file through the VO!

Hi guys,

I got a PER yesterday almost 7 months after submitting my application to CIO and exactly 1 month after receiving an unfair NER.

My visa office is Buffalo so the drama continues. CIO has taught me what it means to be resilent so Buffalo, bring it on.

Thanks to those who offered advices (special mention to Indira and 9jcanada) during my unfair NER period.

Please reactivate my row in the tracker and update.
