Today one member CB got his address back with same In Process status.

I had applied under NOC 3131, I made mistake that I mentioned ' JOB' as my current occupation. I did not provide my current and privious companies referance letters.
I got regection that syas,
This letter is in response to your letter received April 27, 2011 regarding the application for permanent residence in Canada made by you. Your application for permanent residence in Canada was considered on its substantive merits and was found to be ineligible for processing. Any different or new information that you have submitted cannot be taken into consideration. A letter explaining the reasons for this final refusal decision was sent to you on March 9, 2011, thereby fully concluding your application. Should you have different or additional information, you may wish to submit a new application for permanent residence in Canada. Prior to resubmitting a new application kindly review the following information:
I dont have designation as pharmacist in any of my job offer letter.

Now I got all referance letter from current and pas companies. Many of my duties are covered under Industrial Pharmacist. Please suggest me, what should I do?
Do I apply for another time??

Just now I came from my office.....

Finallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy today by the grace of god almighty Jesus Christ i received a call from my consultant........That is they received my passport back with Visa stamped and also they received landing papers and my employer certificate (whatever i submitted).

Now I can check my e-case status as well and it reads......

We received your application for permanent residence on September 29, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 27, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 2, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I am really happy now and thank you very much all the forum members for this wonderful support to get succeed in this deadly race.....................

Note : CB - u will get ur stamped passport very soon!mark my word,Since we faced the same issue.

yes you will have to launch a new application...be careful now...meet all their documentation requirements.....dont submit another poor quality application...

They have also asked for a new PCC along with "Fees for Permanent Residence".
