As far as New Delhi VO is concerned, the PPR is sent with the medicals and so once the ECAS shows medicals are received by VO, and a decision made, it indicates positiveness :) At-least we have not heard of anything otherwise until today.

In fact, we have seen that the ECAS reads 'Decision Made' only after the passports are stamped and mailed out :P :P, as far as NDVO is concerned.

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Hi Indira !
Please help me !
I read your post thanks a lot for your Suggestion and time...

I was through an agent actually...
And i had the email from cic as i requested saying that the Visa Officer accessed the application but your point only got up to 64.
I have not got 5 pt for the Relationship.
So as per my knowledge i think it was rejected by CIC, Canada only...
What do you think?

My agent is telling that It will be better to appeal as they are asking for only one point....
See these are the lines i am sending from my email.

You were assigned a total of 5 adaptability points for your spouse’s Master's degree level educational credential. No points were assigned for a relative in Canada as sufficient documentation was not on file to satisfy me of the relationship with Kalpanaben Priyawadan (Official documentation indicating the name of this individual’s Mother and Father was not provided)

You have not obtained sufficient points to satisfy me that you will be able to become economically established in Canada.

Subsection 11(1) of the Act states that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or for any other document required by the regulations. The visa or any other document may be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of this Act. Subsection 2(2) specifies that unless otherwise indicated, references in the Act to “this Act” include regulations made under it.

Following an examination of your application, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and the regulations for the reasons explained above. I am therefore refusing your application.

Note: Any different or new information that you submit cannot be taken into consideration.

Should you have different or additional information, you may wish to submit a new application. For up-to-date information on how to apply under the Federal Skilled Workers Class, please visit the website at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp

There are many ways to immigrate to Canada. To learn more about your options, visit http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp.

Thank you for the interest you have shown in Canada.

the lines in green colour from them....
Can i appeal???
I think i just need to send one proof of the individuals...

I am totally blank about that...
Would it be better to Appeal as they need only one prrof....

Because if i will re-apply i need to wait to get the originals(some of the originals), back from CIC.

yeah indira,

another thing which i have observed after thorough research on this forum, not only in this thread but on other threads that NOC 8222 people are very few...and which ever VO they belong..their application processing is slightly faster than other.

there is a small ray of hope in my heart that LVO will accept me......... :) i dont know why...but i hope so..

Lets see what happens.... did you like my alternate plan?

Oops, my bad again :'( :-[ :-[ :-[

You are from London VO and so things might work different there. Since you just received your PER, I suggest you to wait until London VO contacts you regarding your app.

NDVO might as well accept birth certificates, but as I told, the parents names might not be clear there. In India, birth certificates are usually not VERY correct and often we need to run around to get CORRECT details on them. For eg. My birth certificate just had a _____ next to the name(It took about 6 months to name me and they had to register my birth before that), half of my father's first name and my mother's name spelt wrong. It did take about a couple of months running around for me to correct ALL of the details before we submitted our application.

So, ALL I said was to be correlated to your situation and not taken as such :)

Hope for good news from you soon..

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

but is certainly not for newcomers with a handful of posts to start telling people who have spent dozens of days here helping people, what they may and may not post here.I have every right to voice my opinion, one which if you look back you will see is actually supported by a great many people - and it will be a cold day in hell when I need permission from someone like YOU to do so. Lots of people are skeptical of using immigration consultants and many people think it's a stupid idea to pay an immigration a lot of money to stockpile their application for them.

Now, you seem to speak a lot about respect - so if you'd care to try to find out which of the two of us has gained the most respect on this forum, the answer should be quite clear.

But if it's respect you want - I'd suggest you begin by refraining from the bright red font to make yourself sound important, and also stop telling lies about what people have said.

Wayne.

The red was for you to notice my post because you are very important and big and have more than 3200 posts.

Please accept my deepest apology for asking you to show respect to others.

I can see from your posts and positive/negative ratings that you are a very respectful guy with an excellent attitude.

What the hell I was thinking about when I expressed my opinion? I am only a newbie with 28 posts... that was very very stupid from me.

And for those who read my previous objection posts, please ignore them because I shouldn't dare and express different opinion.

So, your agent just let you know that you received an NER? Please confirm. Now I'm not sure if you passed out of CIO or not :-\ coz I see a PER date on your profile?

If it's a NER, I would suggest you to reapply rather than appeal, as they have told you they cannot reconsider the case with further documentation. Yes, they have considered other appeals as with CanadaJimmy and others, but their cases were different as to whose mistake it was. CIO overlooked some info on the documentation provided.

Are you sure if the BCs you submitted states ALL FULL names correctly?

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

My negative ratings are almost entirely from "Nectar" fans who cannot bare it when I point out to them that Nectar never quotes his sources for his mysterious breaking news and that he is very often wrong. People only give positive ratings occasionally when they think to do so, whereas "neggers" never sleep.

And I never said do not express your opinion, I said you have no right to tell me I cannot express mine.

I notice you say nothing about the lies you told about me in your posts - making up things that I have not said. You take one comment of mine which I have already justified and explained several times and blow it out of all proportion.

Anyway, I almost have my visa and 99% of my time here is spent helping others, not helping myself. How much time have you dedicated to helping other people on here? Very little, I would imagine.

Once I get my visa I have to decide whether to stay on this forum and continue to dedicate hours and days of my life into helping people - or just stop wasting my time here. I was intending to stay - but people like you are doing a good job of changing my mind for me.

And now, once again you harp on about showing respect for others - yet you seem to show very little respect for anyone yourself. I suggest you have a long, hard look in the mirror before criticising others, sunshine.

Some good news for buffalo applicants...i didn;t check ecas for couple of weeks and guess what i got medical, RPRF and PCC request in my mailbox. Then checked ecas and it stated in process. So buffalo is moving little bit i guess.

Now the trickiest part is that my wife is pregnant and so she can't undergo X-rays test. But we have X-rays before she pregnant (like 2 months before), so my question is there a way we can use these X-rays for medical exams? Have anybody successfully used old X-rays for medical exams?
Also, we still have to order new PCC from both FBI and embassy which i have already done. Will keep you guys updated.

And buffalo applicants, start organizing your PCCs etc, you may be next....good luck. I hope everybody gets it soon.

Wonderful news! Now we know that at least one person there is pushing a button!!! All the best,

And posting in bright red bold font is the way to gain respect of course? LOL. All that will achieve is to give people a headache.

You speak of humiliating expressions yet you accuse me of hurting people's feelings, of "spitting" my words out and not respecting people. You also falsely accuse me of calling people "mentally retarded" which I never ONCE said, and of saying people are "suckers", which I also never ONCE said.

Of course, this forum is not only for those with 3000+ posts (when did I say that - once again you are making things up about me?) - but is certainly not for newcomers with a handful of posts to start telling people who have spent dozens of days here helping people, what they may and may not post here.

I wasn't "bragging". Go back and check through my posts, when have I ever done that?

I was illustrating why someone with a handful of posts shouldn't be coming telling people with thousands of posts and countless time helping others that they shouldn't post here!

Official word on new list...what we already knew. Interestingly, it doesn't seem that there is any change in point system mentioned. Correct me if I'm wrong. Also, looks like Cap will extend a full year and not just until start of 2012 as I've seen mentioned elsewhere.

Excellent news :) Good to see Buffalo moving.

I do not think you can use X-rays since I presume they would not have been done at a CIC-approved hospital (usually the DMP has a hospital they work with for this).

The usual procedure is to get your medicals done now and then get your wife's + baby's medicals done after the baby is born. No sense is risking an X-ray now since you will have to have medicals for the baby anyway, so you will have to get another set of medicals done later on anyway.

Best of luck with your application.

I would like to share with you some good news.

Today we received our passports with visas. The date of issue is June 22. Our RPRF fees were encashed on June 23.
Thank you all for your support during our anxious moments of waiting.

It has yet to sink in that we have our visas. It in fact came yesterday, but no one was home to receive it. My husband picked it up from the post office today. I am at work so I have yet to see it :)

Spicysank, the medical requests are sent through registered mail.

Congratulations to all who have received good news. Especialy the buffalo applicant johnyusa. Hope more good news come pouring in for the Buffalo applicants. Cam, Entemaria, praveen, all all who are waiting.....

Congratulations to Shalom on the birth of his baby boy.

Congrats also to Maplecan, Bhavikpatel.

Edit: Just in case the admins miss my post I'm marking it in bold

Many congrats!
