That is good news for Buffalo applicants.

Some good news for buffalo applicants...i didn;t check ecas for couple of weeks and guess what i got medical, RPRF and PCC request in my mailbox. Then checked ecas and it stated in process. So buffalo is moving little bit i guess.

Now the trickiest part is that my wife is pregnant and so she can't undergo X-rays test. But we have X-rays before she pregnant (like 2 months before), so my question is there a way we can use these X-rays for medical exams? Have anybody successfully used old X-rays for medical exams?
Also, we still have to order new PCC from both FBI and embassy which i have already done. Will keep you guys updated.

And buffalo applicants, start organizing your PCCs etc, you may be next....good luck. I hope everybody gets it soon.

My wife delivered a baby boy this morning.
We can now continue our applications from where we stopped.

Did you get Medical Request by regular mail or courier??
What is the date in your Ecas for reviewing and started processing ?

Thrilled about your Medical, beacuse last week mine also went in process but fingers crossed for normal mail delivery from CANADA POST.

Today we received our passports with visas. The date of issue is June 22. Our RPRF fees were encashed on June 23.
Thank you all for your support during our anxious moments of waiting.

It has yet to sink in that we have our visas. It in fact came yesterday, but no one was home to receive it. My husband picked it up from the post office today. I am at work so I have yet to see it

Spicysank, the medical requests are sent through registered mail.

Congratulations to all who have received good news. Especialy the buffalo applicant johnyusa. Hope more good news come pouring in for the Buffalo applicants. Cam, Entemaria, praveen, all all who are waiting.....

Congratulations to Shalom on the birth of his baby boy.

Dear Senior Members,
i am very worried after reading jignesh patel's case.
i have also availed points for my relation ship. relation ship is my Wife's uncle.
for that i did not submitted My wife's mother's birth certificate and My wife's uncles birth certificate...
inspite of this i submitted Notorized copy and english translation of My wife's mother Marriage certificate and my wife's uncle marriage certificate.
both marriage certificate showed common parents.
Please let me know if this will be accepted. i applied on 4th may and i got my PER on 9th june.

Hi. Congrats with your application.
I would like just to ask regarding the Phrase "Decision has been made" then every one seems so excited already with this. I do not want to sound negative but how can we sure of a POSITIVE APPROVAL with this "decision made" thus it mean we will really have the PPR next seeing this phrase? I hope to see one in my application soon.... so tense already....

As far as New Delhi VO is concerned, the PPR is sent with the medicals and so once the ECAS shows medicals are received by VO, and a decision made, it indicates positiveness At-least we have not heard of anything otherwise until today.

In fact, we have seen that the ECAS reads 'Decision Made' only after the passports are stamped and mailed out , as far as NDVO is concerned.
