I am planning not to add my child so we will be only two appliying for the application for now how much fund do i have to show?
According to CIO for a family of 2 is $13,837. IS it ok if i show around that figure or do i need to show fund for 3 as i have mentioned the details of my family of 3- me, my wife, and child.

How do you make draft for RPRF in India ? For a family of 2 people , do we need to make different draft for principal applicant and spouse ? Or only one draft for both? I understand we need to make the draft in the name of CHC right? Thanking you.

dear jignesh, is ur aunt canadia immigrant or citizen? if she is immigrant then her indian passport has father n mother's name ....u can send that copy along with ur mothers' pp and birth certificate,,,if she is citizen then send her al pp's copy with canada pp....and also find out whether she has mentioned ur mother's name in immrigration application while filing.....if so she can directly send the letter to VO...i can give more advice ..if u give me complete details..like what all documents u have submmited to prove the relation

and in her birth certificate only fathers name was mentioned?

In the application i have submitted
1. family tree showing my mother's father and my aunt's fathers are same
2. birth certi of both showing the fathers name are same for both
3. bills of my aunt's canadian home
4. bank account statements

This are the copies i have attached when i filed my application...
Please advice me what to do?
my noc was 0631
They said the documents are not enough to prove the relationship of ur mother and your aunt in canada.

Is it better to re-aaply or apeal??
i got this rejection on 30/05/2011 (through an email)......
I have not received the letter yet....

Hi Folks,

Any update from BUFFALO visa office. I am going crazy, either tell me the solution or I am going to jump from my office building

Some good news for buffalo applicants...i didn;t check ecas for couple of weeks and guess what i got medical, RPRF and PCC request in my mailbox. Then checked ecas and it stated in process. So buffalo is moving little bit i guess.

Now the trickiest part is that my wife is pregnant and so she can't undergo X-rays test. But we have X-rays before she pregnant (like 2 months before), so my question is there a way we can use these X-rays for medical exams? Have anybody successfully used old X-rays for medical exams?
Also, we still have to order new PCC from both FBI and embassy which i have already done. Will keep you guys updated.

And buffalo applicants, start organizing your PCCs etc, you may be next....good luck. I hope everybody gets it soon.
