Received by NS: 01/12/2010

Till 02/06/2011 it was cio-s elegilibility Review Completed and on the same date it suddenly changed to DECESION MADE !!

Can anybody please tell me that by what date i can receive the letter from CIC about my decesion????
I m really confused ....

Please help...

It could be an ecase bug but most likely it will be an NER. Your agent may be keeping things from you. I'd suggest sending in an email from your address providing them with personal details to prove you are the applicant (like DOB, NOC etc) and ask them directly. I've read that even if they have your agent's email address in their system, they will reply to you. All the best!

I wanted to check the dates when the 7 catagories reached the cap which will help all people on the forum giving an idea how much time they may have to apply to be in the cap, I will request the forum members to input the details as I started to follow the details only in Apr-May and do not have all the details, I know the 0631 filled in second half of April.

Please visit the thread and give your inputs.

These timelines won't be the same pal.
Lets take for example NOC 1122:
the cap was reached in 4 months.
This means 250 applications/month.
Since then all the people who missed to apply have swarmed waiting for the NOC to be reopened in 2011.
This makes 8 months X 250 application = 2000 applications ready to be send.
This is the minimum number of people who have already prepared their docs ready to send them on 29 or 30 July hoping to reach Sydney at 01 July.

Congrats Jojokab,

Good Luck for new step in CA.

Regards,
Mayank

Hey guys, just a moment ago I checked my e-cas and It was DECISION MADE where it said..

..We received your application for permanent residence on November 5, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 21, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 27, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
...
My one query..Does DECISION MADE mean they have already stamped the VISA and dispatched???

Hey Guys please update my status to "DECISION MADE" I think it changed yesterday i.e. June 25

Thanks to all our friends in this great forum,
Regards,
Jojokab

Just a caution for people who will be submitting after the new quota opens. Keep an eye on the forms as they may change them close to July 1. If people have prepared the apps a while ago, them they may have the old forms and this may fail the completeness review.

I don't think this would make such a big difference kolhapuri.
I know a man who did just this and it didn't create any problems for him and his family.
He used an old form without knowing that a new one already existed.
Of course we are talking about 1 month difference between the old form & the new one.

COngrats Jojokab, God Bless you with Blissfull life in Canada.

Bindu

Yes it is imperative that you check all forms on the SAME DAY that you mail your application, since all forms must be up to date on the day you mail them.

If they have updated the forms, and particularly if they have added any questions, they may fail your completeness check if you submit older forms.

Cappuccino,
Have you heard of such a case?
To receive a NER because of using an older form?
