Cappuccino,
Have you heard of such a case?

I have heard of people's applications being returned because of out of date forms. I imagine they will allow a small grace period especially if they changed the forms around the date you mailed your application, but IMO it's not worth the risk and certainly worth double-checking all forms on the day you mail the app.

Thats exactly what I meant. It is not such a disaster if the forms were changed the day one submitted his application.
I doubt that there are people who will use forms dated 5 years back

Hey guys, just a moment ago I checked my e-cas and It was DECISION MADE where it said..

..We received your application for permanent residence on November 5, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 21, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 27, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
...
My one query..Does DECISION MADE mean they have already stamped the VISA and dispatched???

Hey Guys please update my status to "DECISION MADE" I think it changed yesterday i.e. June 25

Thanks to all our friends in this great forum,
Regards,
Jojokab

Congratulations my trucker neighbor!

All the best!

Viktoria

Well, 1122 was full 6 months ago. so if someone has his app prepared at that time, then I know of few forms that have changed since. When they receive 2000 apps in a month for 1122 when the quota is 500 I am sure they will want to be very strict to give the most correct apps the chance and if rejected there will be very little chance of appeal as it will fail completeness.
Remember that we post June 26 2010 people were guinea pigs and so there were very few apps submitted in June and July. Most apps started coming in aug and sep. We also got the benefit of doubt. This will not be the case this time. I will not be surprised a bit if the popular noc of 1122 and nurses get filled in a week.

I will always be "around" and will respond to PMs, and will be on the forum although as I get busier preparing to sell the house / study for jobs and get ready for Canada I will get less and less time available to spend on here, so I might not get time to check the thread every day - but I will still be here :)

Wayne.
