Hi everybody,

Wendy (wenstumped) has accepted to take care of the tracking sheet hereinafter, and she owns it now. Therefore, any requests to join the moderation team or suggestions to improve the tracking table shall be directed to her.

Thank you Wendy for taking this responsibility off my shoulders and good luck in your new role.

Best,
Ahmed

@ Ahmed – The tracking spreadsheet has evolved into a valuable one stop reference document for all of us. While it may not capture the emotions that the “Post 25 June 2010” thread brings, it provides us the raw data that we all want to see. We do at times take such convenience for granted, and I would like to thank you for initiating it and all its administrators (I am not naming them solely because I am not too sure who they all are, and so as not to appear to trivialize any one of their contribution) for putting in their valuable time to maintain it to what it is today.

@ Wendy – Thanks for taking in the reins. I have one suggestion. We are already at the tail end of the current cycle, and quite a bit of us are already at the VO stage. Given that VOs have different timelines, it may be beneficial to create another tab where the information at the main (first) page are hyperlinked and sorted based on VOs. What are your thoughts?

Cheers.

Hi Waney/Dr. Hasib/others...

As you know I am waiting for MR from SGVO, I need your suggestion on one issue. My wife's passport has been changed. I mean she gets new passport as her current passport is going to expire on coming october. Now, I think I need to let CIO/VO know about this change. What do you think?

Would you like to let me know how I can update them?

...Fighter
YES
you can send your changed details by using case specif enquiry online form:
https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=singapore

Scan your wife's new passport (biodata pages only for SGVO applicants) & upload online.

thanks
Dr.Hasib

I have sent my RPRF and passport to NDVO today. So the final wait begins. :)

Please update it in the tracker.

I just noticed we seem to have a separate tab on the main spreadsheet for 1122 New Delhi applicants on the international spreadsheet.

Would this not be better on the New Delhi sheet rather than the international one? If we have a separate sheet for each NOC and visa office combination that's over 1000 sheets?

I believe filters on the spreadsheet do the same job. You can sort your fields as you require. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi Anil,

I am going for medical on 2nd June and planning to send all requested document in 2nd week of the june. I would like to confirm checklist , please find it below as let me know if I need to add anything else

1. All Valid Passport ( only new passports , no need to send old expired passport, please confirm)
2. Proof of Medical Examination Completed ( Do hospital provide us any receipt of medical completed?)
3. RPRF Demand Draft (21440 * 2 = 42880 RS ,(do i need to inform bank to keep expiry date six months)
4. one cover letter indicating RPRF detail (two adult (21440 * 2) + one kid (4.5 yrs old - No RPRF) = 42880 INR
5. Letter sent by ND VO along with Medical for the required documents
6. PCC for 2 adults (my self and spouse , not for kid)
7. Main Cover letter in which i am going to include my file no, all attached documents etc.

Please let me know if I am missing any thing in this list or your suggestions regarding document checklist or any other thing.

Wayne - I also realized this last night, but couldn't understand the purpose of it to be here. It should fit in NDVO tracker sheet though.
Admins - Kindly let us know who has created this? I can move this to NDVO tracker. Please confirm !!

Guys, I...g..o...t... my...PER! 25th of May! :P

Awesome! :)

Please update my sheet info!

Just one question: I get an error when trying to access CAS on CIC website. I tried with the receipt number and file number and all I got was an error like "the receipt number starts with a B and has x numbers..." Mine doesn't. Oh well, let me enjoy my long awaited PER! eheheh
dear friend congratulations.

Hi mate,

Not sure why and how this link got broken? If you've noticed the page footer, this page got modified (or say broken) since 13-May-2011. Have you tried before that? I know it was working fine.

Anyway, the alternative method is to call them. I do not have the the number handy, but may someone share with you in the thread !

Thanks Shadab (moabbasi) for your advise.

I tried the link but unfortunately it is not accessible and giving the message "We apologize — we cannot locate the web page you are attempting to access. Please check the URL as the page may have been moved or archived." :'( Do you have any idea why it si so?
Further, i would like to ask form senior members or someone who has gone through such situation that how long CIC takes to reply email query sent to their email address FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca. Today is the 8th day to my email which I sent to CIC on above mentioned address to enquire about status of my application for Permanent Residence.

Thanks & Regars,

Yes, but unfortunately once the feature is enabled, it will filter the data of all viewers - http://docs.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1229641&topic=15115.
