Hey Congrats!! And I hope the letter they are referring to is your MR :)

Let's hope so.....But it's the first time that we have seen this.....makes me wonder what could be it??.....It wud not be an interview letter for sure as in that case ECAS has a "Interview scheduled for <Date>" line (As shared by majorhell)

Good luck !!!

Not necessarily.

Some decisions are made before medicals. The final decision to issue Visas will then be dependent on medicals.

Mind you, you can not rely on ecas.

This is a message from one of the visa offices:

e-Cas is for applications processing within Canada only. Immigration cases being processed in Visa offices outside Canada use a system different from that used to process similar applications in Canada . As a result, the e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) may not reflect the status of cases being processed in another visa office.

I dont quite agree with you. Why would they put up 'Decision Made' status before Medical request and then wait for the medical result to come in. That is like making mockery of things.

And mind you, in the given case 'decision made' status has appeared only post his interview so that CANNOT be a bug.

Hi everyone,

I've posted an inquiry on 27 April, but it was overlooked by everyone :(

My question was that Nova Scotia office received my application on 26 April, when do you think I can expect them to draw the cheque, and send me AOR?

The second issue that the cap for 2121 is very close to 1000, as it reached 782 completed applications? should I worry that by the time they start with my application the cap could reach there?

What about some rumors that the application processing time is 24-36months now? is this true? if yes, when did they change it?

Thank you all for your great forum... but can someone answer my queries please... :)

Can you add my details to your spreadsheet?
