I am an applicant under 4152 category. I am from Kerala. I have stayed in 2 districts of kerala after reaching 18. Do I need to obtain Police Certificates from both the districts.

Yes you are right..Only one PCC/per country (stayed more than 6 months...)..

I put your ECAS status as 'In Process' and last ECAS updated date as April 30, 2011.

You already got your 2nd AOR dated March 8, 2011. Which letter dated April 27, 2011 are they talking about?

That's only i am not understand new line added sent a letter on April27th. I already got my 2nd AOR on 8th March. Don't know what is there in letter. once it reach to me i will update.
