Hello Wayne,

Bkcnbr didn't send the documents or PR application to you for the approval, so in my view please don't express your own views like " you have cheated the system or you are not eligible for PR", by doing that other person may hurt, after saying everything and if you tell "my apologies if you hurts, doesn't make sense". Visa office will take care of the job to decides who is eligible and who is not. All of us knows that VO will do random background checks and may spend some time even on genuine cases too.

All the applicants knows that if they provide any kind of false info, and if they caught by VO they cant able to proceed further. So VO is there to process, don't worry about that.

Wayne, I don't know why are you taking things so far? Well, don't mind, but you have no right to say such demotivating words for a person whose circumstances you don't know! He might not be as well off as you are... He might not have an income source as yours so that he might save money three times more than the minimum requirements! If, as you say, he starts saving the minimum amount today and the rules change when he has the specified amount and his noc is no more in the required occupation, what would he do then? I am sorry but you should think about others' circumstances before writing such comments. Not all have circumstances and opportunities like you.

My postman made me a wonderful surprise today! I found white envelope with blue seal of Canadian Embassy from Vienna in my postbox with medical request and filled forms by our data and pictures. The letter is dated on April 21st. We have 90 days deadline to finnish and send medical forms to the VO.

Please, update my data in the tracker.

If you ask me, I'm serving my notice period in my organisation and my last working day is around mid of May 2011, I havent admitted my son to next academic year as I did not want to waste 60K Rs as schooling fee in India , I have told my landlord that we would be vacating by end of May 2011 or by mid of June 2011.

So now you can guauge how desperate me and my family are to reach Canada.. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Hope by God's grace I would not be disappointed

By the way my DD is still not encashed, I have sent a case specific query requesting ND VO to confirm if my PP and RPRF DD was recieved by ND VO and is under VO safe custody.


Probably there are more crazy people like me in this forum desperate to be a PR in Canada

Today I got my PCC request with a letter from my VO.
Was sent Apr 18 and arived today to my house. It has 2 bar codes : UCI and Application number and I have to respond in 60 days.
Back of paper should have VO address and detail, but instead it reads :
"

[Insert mission specific information: Address, Fax, Email, and Telephone]

"

they did not even bother to modify the template letter and include VO details... I have to call them I guess...

Anyone received similar letter?

Mine is showing the same after medicals done by 2 weeks. E-cas In process and when you click on , it gives the same 3 lines of per date and date of processing and an extra line for " medicals have been received "

You are on the way of getting a decision made or a lovely call from the embassy of canada in london asking you to submit your passport for PR Visa

My BD is also not encashed after 28 days. I wonder if it is necessary to send specific query to VO asking whether they have received the BD safely. Is sending query would have some negative/delaying effect on the process?

Hi - congrats on the ECAS status changes. Although 1 month seems quite a long time! Our medical requests will hopefully be with CHC London tomorrow, really hope they don't take a whole month just for the status to change!
