RIGHT GUYS...

Regarding this fraudulent proof of funds issue we've been discussing - I made 3 or 4 replies to various members here just now, but I have decided to delete them all because they sounded very negative.

I don't wish to give a pessimistic air to this thread, but please understand I feel very strongly that sending false or misleading proof of funding information is wrong.

But since you are very unlikely to change my mind on the subject, and I am unlikely to change yours, I will try to not say anything further about it and shall we all agree to differ? :)

Wayne.

What's going on with the Federal Skilled Worker applications in Buffalo? Looks like they haven't even touched them since almost a year ago! :(
Finally got a reply from buffalo after a wait for more than a month. I'd asked for the procedure of change of visa office since my legal stay in US is coming to end in June. They asked me to make a formal request accompanied with relevant documents and mentioned that it would be at the discretion of the visa officer to take any decision. So, i am still confused what to do? Please suggest any ideas if you have. I do have the option of extending my stay as my employer is ready to sponsor me for 2 years more but i do not want to commit for that long.

Dear friends,

My postman made me a wonderful surprise today! I found white envelope with blue seal of Canadian Embassy from Vienna in my postbox with medical request and filled forms by our data and pictures. The letter is dated on April 21st. We have 90 days deadline to finnish and send medical forms to the VO.

Please, update my data in the tracker.

Thanks.

Congrates!

Raj/Jignesh,
Where did you register CIIP? from newcomersuccess.ca?
How do we know the dates availability in Mumbai?

Thanks
Barkat

Good morning all,

I've been reading the comments regarding the proof of funds, and I tend to agree with Wayne here.

1) If they've mentioned that POF cannot be loaned for the purpose of immigration then it "cannot" be loaned.
2) We're all escaping either a corrupt environment or one that for some reason does not make us comfortable and looking forward to a life in Canada. What purpose does beginning such a journey by bending the rules solve?
3) If a certain individual does not have clear funds in his or her account, payback's gonna be a B*tch! How difficult does life get for such an individual then? This is what CIC is trying to avoid by setting clear guidelines.
4) This I do not understand - CIC in my belief are a group of people with a neutral attitude. Sure we may end up with a Visa Officer with a bad attitude but that gives us no right to paint them all with the same brush. Someone says, they lie about time frames. Why would they lie? Is that like a SOP at the CIC? NO! They are delayed, and being from India especially, we should be used to delays. Let's not speak as if we're used to Utopia and therefore the VOs and the CIOs are the furthest from it. Remember, these guys represent Canada, and all you're gonna experience in it. If you cannot stand it already, withdraw.

Lastly, I apologize if this was overtly aggressive. It's just that we should stop condoning bending the laws / rules and looking the other way. Else we all are better where we are.

Hi all

One of our forumers from London has recieved a request for Bank statements as Bank Certificate considered to be insufficient.

Is there any one from ND Vo submitted only Bank Certificate and got their 2nd AOR or MR PPR without any query on the same?

I have submitted only a Bank Certificate.

Please share....

We just submitted a current bank balance certificate :)

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Did you receive an email asking for the resumes and the proof that you have been requested for medicals?

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.
