The Canadian embassy in cairo has just called me to ask me for passport to stamp the permanent residence visa

Congratulations Moori. I'm so happy for you.
Although that me made me regret that I didn't choose Cairo VO as my designated visa office. At least I would get normal treatment instead of this 'low priority' treatment I'm getting from London VO.
I'm seriously thinking about moving my file to Cairo.

Somebody wakes me up from my deepest dream for now

I just asked them if I can renew my passport before sending it and they confirmed it is fine and that to do it immediately so as to allow them to close my file as soon as possible. Cheeers ;D

Can you tell when exactly did you do your medicals ?
And what time did they call you and on which day ?

I hope they ask for my passports also but I know I have to submit a PCC from Nigeria first and also my wife needs to give birth ...

I am really sorry that you still haven't gone "In Process"/heard anything from London I wish I could say I have a clue how the hell they are working, but I don't. We have luckily got medical requests now - but two October applicants got them a month before us! (we are August applicants) - so really no idea what the hell is going on

Really hope you hear something soon - and it is at least good to hear from you!

I was also requested to provide Bank Statement. I had already submitted the Balance of Bank Statement!!!

Can I courier PP/PCC/RPRF to CHC NDVO before DMP send Medical reports (immediately when medical done) ????
I have to send a Cover letter also stating the details of renewed my spouse passport

My consultant told me we need courier consignment details (required in cover letter) which we get from DMP when medical reports reached to ND

Hey Barkat,
in one of the document that we rec'd with med request says something like 'do not send the PCCs before your med results' ... so pls refrain from sending yr PP/RPRF before. Here you can call up the DMP and they will let u know when exacly they have sent yr med results to CHC. Also do not forget to send yr original medical bill in the packet. Keep one photo copy of the bill for yr reference. I hope that pretty much answers yr query.
