Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

We send the Iranian police certificate with the application to CIO. We lived in Italy for about seven months, but it is very difficult to get the certificate from Italian police for us. Is it really necessary to get that? Does anybody know how we can get Italian police certificate from Iran?

Hi Shalom,

In my opinion you and your family should go ahead with the medicals, you can notify the VO about the name discrepancies separately, send the VO an email, letter and FAX (nothing wrong in sending in all three formats) about the discrepancies as VO need to be notified urgently before they issue the PPR.
I belive the dispcrepncies in the name will be rectified without mush fuss.

Yes my friend you need PCC from Italy too.
You need to contact your nearest Italian Embassy.... check here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/europe/italy.asp

i am new to this forum and sent my application 25 august ,but cio require general ielts and give 120 days ,and got the score required ,but i entered another exam and wait to result untill 30 april ,do i send the result i got which make my score exactly 67 or wait the result of ielts to have my score above 67 ,concerned the deadline is 19 may to send the results ,i need your advice especially from wayne and amro al sayed or any one who is required to resend general ielts ,please any member answer me

Hi - getting the results by the deadline is the number 1 priority. If you haven't provided the information then they will simply fail your application.

Personally I would send them the scores now - to ensure you make the deadline. When you get the next set of scores if they are better than send those afterwards.

As long as the scores you got reflect the proficiency you have claimed in your forms, then I think they will consider it 67 points. If they didn't think you'd have 67 points they would have simply failed your application outright during the eligibility review.

Hi river, I too applied in Nov, got my PER Feb 25th, RBVO march, In process from 11th April and issued MR on 13th April, no AOR. Anyone else from London went straight to MR, no AOR. Hope this helps!

Thank you but they stated in the form that the SLIGHTEST DISCREPANCY COULD LEAD TO A VERY LONG DELAY if they are not notifed immediately. They also requested for copies of passport. I will send them email and fax tomorrow. If I am sending a letter, do I need to send the medical form with the error?

If I were you I would definitelly let them know about the error that they've made. If you go ahead with medicals you might need to do them again after they correct their mistake, so i think that you are better off if you do it now before it gets more complicated.

don't worry 67 is ok. You may sent this score without concern.

You can wait till 30 th April but the actual copy of the result will be delivered to you within 10 days or may be more. Then it will be touch and go.

So if u r pretty sure that you get 67 marks with your old ielts result then go forward and submit your document.

it is just a guess
I have noticed that ND visa office was quiet last week and until now they have not made any decision except of grasshopper. if u remember in start CIO issued PER to some applicants and told them that their application will be forwarded to their visa offices, but suddenly they did a re-check and asked some of them to provide IELTS General (hope you remember that incident). This is what makes me think of interview.

My another guessis that applicants with low IELTS score may get interview call from ND visa offices. May be I am wrong, but I will appreciate if those applicants who got interview call share their IELTS band (L,R,W,S).

You have touched a good point. If I were to be a VO, I will definitely look into the category vis a vis IELTS score. And 1122 category requires greater emphasis on communication skills.

On the other hand i am not satisfied that IELTS is a good benchmark to learn abilities of the concerned party. I know lot of learned (PhD in literature, MD's ) who have scored less in IELTS but are no less in everyday interaction.

But your point is Valid in the case of NDVO as INDIA happens to be a place where everything and anything can be "MANAGED"
