Well correct me if I am wrong but Singapore have issued many 2nd AORs, so they are already 1 stage ahead of Buffalo (unless Buffalo go down the same route as London and go straight to MR).

Thanks. Yes IN PROCESS. we started processing your application on 22nd february,2011.
I want to ask 1 question to all those who already sent their RPRF. Did you made 1 DD for PA and spouse or separate Drafts?

congrats Jignesh :)

its enough if u take 1 DD (both u and ur spouse)...and also remember, when u take the DD

1. The beneficiary name should be "Canadian High Commission" if its in INR

OR

2. The beneficiary name should be "The Receiver General for Canada" if its in CAD

both payable at New Delhi :)

All the best !!!!

Regards,

Shareen

Hi everybody;
I recieved an email from CIC yesterday. it contains file number that begins with E000, but unfortunately they said that I am not eligible for processing because of:

[You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: 3111 – Pediatrician. Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the Instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.

After taking into consideration the work experience supporting documentation on file, I am not satisfied that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the position as described in NOC. As such, I am not satisfied that you are a 3111 – Specialist Physician.

Since you did not provide evidence that you have an Arranged Employment Offer, you do not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing.]

I am a pediatrician and I sent them all documents completely. I work in my office as self employer. I don't know why they didn't satisfy.
can everybody tell me that:
Do they return my applications?
Can I send them additional documents and informations?
can I communicate them with an email and if yes what is that Email address?

Thanks.

Get only 1 draft .... I doubt they will accept if there is more than 1 .... :( ......
Is there any change in the documents that you have received as compared to mine??

Freinds,

I got the MR yesterday, the date of which was 3rd March 2011, i got it after 22 days from the date of dispatch.

Now i am going to take appointment for MEDICAL on sunday.

But one onfusion, They have asked for 5 pp size photographs, should i send latest photograph with negative or
the photos which i had send to cio is ok with negative, which was suit before 6 months.

Another query:
They have not updated by little girl in medical as they might have start processing after dispatching the MR
of me and my spouse. Till date have not send medical request of her.
As they had debited the draft on 9th march, for my baby girls, probably they are sendig the MR for her also.

Meanwhile i am thinking abt to send a query regarding the same, is it a good decision or should wait for her medical?

Mistake of VO
Also in a medical request form 'A', the surname of my spouse is mistake.
That should be 'Sedai' but they have mentioned 'Sedal'.
Should i approach for the new request to vo or simply send the medical on the same one.
Does such a small typing mistake will be considered?

Pls suggest my friend.

Rgds
Ashisvet

Congratulations Ashishvet on ur MR... and all the best.
BTW did u remember ur ECAS status around 1st week of March when they sent u 2nd AOR by post?

OK - if you feel they have made a genuine mistake you have to act quickly.

Have you thoroughly read the NOC description for 3111? Are you certain you match the lead statement and a substantial (usually at least half) of the duties?
And are you sure you have sent sufficient evidence of this?

If so - then the best thing to do is fax them, and do so quickly. If you read here you will see how to deal with an unfair negative eligibility review:
http://get2canada.wordpress.com/how-to-deal-with-unfair-ner/

Be warned though, CIC will only consider changing their minds if they made a mistake, so the onus is now on you to prove they made a mistake. I would fax a letter explaining exactly how your work experience documents support that you match the lead statement, and go through each line of the duties and point to where in your supporting documents you have shown evidence that you have performed these duties.

Wayne.
