That cannot be a reason for a delay in 2nd AOR You can only curse the IPS(Indian Postal Services ) for that!

Yes, they changed the procedure recently and they apparently entertain callers form inside Canada only. Others, email is the only way . Fax is still possible, but that's the very last weapon

If you HAD been able to phone them, they would just have said "Wait for 33 weeks" so honestly, you'd have been no better informed.

If it is any consolation, the waiting doesn't get any easier once your get your PER. Then it's "Has visa office got my application yet? Why is everyone else getting 2nd AORs except me? Why has no-one from my visa office got 2nd AORs are they all still alive over there?"

Thx for your reply....I asked for your inputs on some previous posts...but I guess you missed them...anyways....I get your point and do agree with you....but if you go through my previous posts...you'll see what kind of situation I'm facing...lets just say...it's a little bit more frustrating than yours...although..yours is pretty frustrating as well
