Hi. Hmm, looks like they did request your passport then. This is weird because it could mean you are without your passport for a several months? Is this the commonplace practice for all ND applications?

Thanks

2nd AOR--15/02/2011

Med Req--23/02/2011

RPRF-23/02/2011

PPR REQ-23/02/2011

Are these date correct? It seems that time has already passed to submit the medicals and RPRF? Is there a time interval given? Did you get this in a separate mail or with the 2nd AOR itself?

Thanks,

Hello All,

I filed my application under category 1122 through an agency. As per them it was submitted on Nov 3rd, 2010. In a tracker i could see applications filed after 28th october 2010 has been rejected as the 1000 cap was reached.

Name NOC VO Application received Application returned Before/after encashment Reason
grimreaper 1122 N/Delhi 28-Oct-2010 Before 1122 Cap filled
explorer976 1122 London 28-Oct-2010 30-Nov-2010 Before 1122 Cap filled
RaquelGenio1122 Paris 28-Oct-2010 1-Feb-2011 Before 1122 Cap filled
harsha 1122 Buffalo 29-Oct-2010 11-Dec-2010 Before 1122 Cap Filled

But my agency is updating that CIC ponly processed application till August and thqt they have started processing September applications.
Does any one got an idea of this?
Many thanks,

Shyam

Your agency is lying.

Applications received in November have already got confirmation of positive eligibility review. Therefore we know CIO are processing November applicants (probably December applicants soon). So for an agency to say they have only processed applications up to August is pretty idiotic.

If your application was not received at CIO until 3rd November then I regret that it is very unlikely you will get through. Was your BD/CC cashed? No offence meant to you, but this agency does not seem very good. Will you get a full refund if your application does not get through?

Congratulations CB. It really great to hear that you are requested for passport. It seems that the ND VO accepts the validity of PCC issured more than 3 months. Am I right?

Well, Cur-Rozen. We discovered that some other (not ex-USSR) applicants also have problems logging into e-CAS. Olga64 is Irish and she cannot log as well. But you are right most of unlucky applicants are from Ex-USSR, what is that - discrimination by the country of origin or what?

It confirms the theory - if your COB is different from your country of residence and your Visa office, ur application wont be recognized on ecas.
Olga64's VO is Paris !

Question to CB

Does medical request or the other forms also mentions passport numbers of dependents.

Regards

Dear Admins,

I request you to kindly update my eCas status. It changed to "Received By VO" today - the 27th of February. When I click on it, it mentions the date of the PER.

It earlier was just "In Process" and mentioned that the application was received at the CIO.

My e-cas shows" In process-we received your application on Nov 17, 2010"

Can anybody clarify when we need to send any changing notification to VO? after getting 2nd AOr or right after receiving PER. I'm confused as CIO mention in the email that all changes need to be communicated to VO.

"your application was reviewed and started processing on it on 22nd feb 2011."
may be again some bug with the ecas.
