Our number is a 'B' number.
I am wondering why the information seems to be erroneous for some and just inaccessible for me! It says they can't find ours and it sys this might be because it is not at the VO yet, but then some applicants here have got their file on the checker even though they haven't got PER yet!
Confused!!

My VO is Buffalo, US, and I got same message like yours. Not accessible. Anybody from Buffalo can check their ecase status? Are we gonna use UCI number or B******** number?

Anybody out there, please help.

Only original Transcripts and IELTS is required.

Am I missing something ? Please clarify

Hmmm not sure exactly,
My VO is Bucharest, however i needed some papers from US - proving my work experience there to get notarized (as per my VO's requests).

Not sure about Buffalo, maybe others members can share their experience. I was just sharing my experience on notarized copies in US, not an actual Buffalo application.

Hi Ajay,

Would you suggest me to go without notary.
The problem is if application is sent back as incomplete, the CAP would be filled and don't know how its going to be next year.
Please advice...

They only asked for Original IELTS and Sealed/ Original Transcripts.

My Credit Card was charged on Oct 29th

For Other Visa Offices requirements are different.

I just went back and checked the instructions again, can't find any requirement for notorized copies.

I would ask someone in this group from Buffalo who got a PER and who did the same.

I too did not find any where on Buffalo office specific documents the need for notary.
I could see it only on the CIC EG7 guide.
It says what to do if a copy is to be notarized.
I see a lot applying to Buffalo also getting their documents notarized..can't understand what is right???

In that case, I would just spend few extra $$ and get it notorized and not worry about it. You will not loose anything.

I will go ahead and buy some beer tonight and hope CIO doesn't reject mine.

1. Call CIO directly right now.I hope u will have the number.......
2. Send case specific enquiry mentioning the op6 dates
3. Send E-mail to general CIO enquiry mentioning the op6 date
4. Write a letter, attach the OP6 send via Fedex it will reach soon.
5. Worst case we can send E-mail to KENNY (MINISTER)to solve the problem

Surely You will get +ve response soon

My app is going to Buffalo and I can login using either the Client ID (UCI on the PER) or Immigration File Number (Application number on PER in Bxxxxxxxxx format). If you check the spreadsheet you can see that there are some others who have got their ecas status as well.

lol! ;D the good thing with inquiring about your status thru email is that they will send you your file number.. I checked mine by using the file number that they sent me and it's "In Process". However, I dont have any medicals like what the other guys have.
