Hello Team,

I just got the call from my consultant (WWICS) that my case was refused and came back on 19th Jan'2011. As of now they told me that due to Birth Certificate issue they have refused.

For a moment i thaught that i should not post this message with bad news as all are in happy mood with lots of PERs. Anyway, i have to update you all, so i am doing. Will give you exact reason when i will get documents from consultant.

Hey Milan

Its very sad that your application has been returned. As far as I understand, the issue of BC has been solved and CIO were accepting applications without BCs (provided you have submitted 10th class certificate with an explanation why you can't submit your BC).

Moreover you have taken the services of WWICS (Wadde Wadde International Chore Saale) who have started closing there offices at many places. First they don't reveal the correct procedure and later they don't inform the candidate about any of their updates!!! Hope this time they do something positive and inform you. On the other hand your NOC is 1122 :-[ :-[ ........ I am sorry Milan.

Hi, I am very sorry to hear this. Since your NOC is 1122 there will now be no chance to re-apply until July 1st 2011.

However, that is now only 5 months away, so you can use this time to get prepared so that you can send a fresh application on 1st July 2011. I would strongly advise waiting until 1st July to double check that the NOC 1122 is still on the list before sending your app.

Alternatively if you can secure a job offer you can apply before then under Category 2.

Hi Milan,

I'm very sorry to hear this. I'm sure your application will not have been refused for not providing the BC. May be there were some other reasons, and the consultant did not reveal them at this point? I suggest you to ask them for the complete details and who knows? It might be a mistake on the CIO side again, and if yes, Jumbo you will still have a chance to appeal and get the visas this year

Please try to get ALL the details form the consultant ASAP.

Please help me whether i i need to write my 2 year of diploma in pharmacy ( from University of Rajasthan , Jaipur )

Sorry, I see that nobody from India is replaying to you and this is your second attempt, so I will try (though I don't know specification of education in India, it will be just a try).

In my country elementary school is till 4th grade (goes to the first box). Other years to the second box of High school - 8 years. 3 years of Bachelor and 2 years of Master goes to the third box - university (please check the description of distance courses wether its credits coincide with regular university periods and credits). And you have no years in trade school (it would be plumbers, chiefs, cooks etc.) Don't forget to write there N/A

Hi Khai, I suggest not to waste review online, you just need to practice doing letters , which I am sure you're already competent to do. GT is much easier, even the reading subtest, its like reading an add from the newspaper and mags.. Book for the earliest date available.

Hi All,

Just had a talk with my consultant and he said my September case is still open and file number is awaited.


Here is the full story.

I have applied in old rule (36 categories) on April'2010 and due to my consultant (WWICS) forgotten to mentioned VO office name, my case was refused and return back on 23rd June. They have send legal reconsideration to CIO for accepting my file.

On 19th Jan, 2011, my consultant (WWICS) got that old case back. Today morning i called them and customer care executive gave me last status of my case. She told me that my case is refused as she hasn't check whole history. Later they confirmed me that my 23rd September case is still open and file number awaited.

Please ignore my previous message and sorry to all if it creates negative impact.

Thank God. Whole day is fully loaded with lots of up and down. Still hope is there......

If your application is rejected because of incompleteness there is nothing to stop you from re-applying right away as long as your NOC cap has not yet been filled.

Hi, yes I am very sorry to hear about Milan.

The fact that he used an immigration consultants with poor communication, along with the recent applicants whose consultants advised them that Academic IELTS would be ok and, of course, it isn't, just goes to underline why really people are better off doing everything themselves.

Much cheaper, and if you put the time into the research IMO will give you a better chance of getting the visa, and faster too.
