I'm not quite sure if anyone files in Manila since the post June 26 applicants needs to submit the application to the CIO itself instead of VO..

hello everyone, need your input on this... as far as I can remember starting june 26 2010, all aplication must be send to the CIO in Sydney but not sure in your case...

i believe we're on the same track.. still waiting for the PER ( positive eligibility review).. have you inquired with your bank about the status of your BD if ti has been encashed already?

HI when one receives the PER does that mean that all the background checks have been made already? What does the PER really contain? I have no idea what to expect... I filed mine end of september and my VO is also in Manila... Havent got an update yet... Please enlighten me...
