Thank you for singling me out ..............................................

CIO is not that jurassic who would stop working coz somebody asked about his application. If there will be implications on my inquiries it will be mine and not anybody's application will be jeopardized. I am just excericising my right. Besides, the 33 weeks thing has been there even before physiocraze received his PER.
To Carl
I totally agree with you. We have a right to do an inquiry and CIO should have seperated works. One to process standar procedure, another should answer our inquiries.

E-mail is far too easy for people to just fire off every five minutes and I for one would rather people showed some patience and waited the time expected plus a bit before they stared bombarding CIO with e-mails.

speaking of patience, I have a parallel application since 2006 and upto now everytime I check on that its always "in process"..since then we have been patiently waiting, we havent contacted them coz we know for a fact that they are processing the 2004-2005 applicants. That is why, after the MI we found another opportunity hence we decided to submit a parallel application.

Thank you for singling me out queencougar, its my given right to ask queries about my application, it is almost 110 days since I have submitted mine and I know they have encashed my check. I have mentioned before that I am restraining myself from sending a letter since most of the applicants that time are receiving their PERS are the july and August. Now its our month september and one like in wakawakas case who submitted his later than mine, of course I would be thinking, what is happening to my application. I remember one member emailed CIO and a day after he received his per. I dont think it is wrong to ask specially if your application was received about 3 months ago.

Totally agree with you Carl ;) ....... It's everybody's right to ask/inquire and they would not have given us their email address or contact numbers if they do not want us to bother them.....

CONGRATULATIONS nursemich CONGRATULATIONS Assimm4u. :) it has been a while, so ur PERs make us happy again. I pray they work fast & I get a PER soon. Ya Rabb. I am so worried because We get the exact 67 points. I wish I could stop worrying & just forget the whole issue for a month or atleast till I get my PER :) but how to do that?! :)

Congratulations to Nursemich and Assimm4u. for getting the PER's :) :) :)
And hoping to receive many more ........... 8) 8) 8)

Regards
Complacent

I agree that it is an applicant's right to enquire about his/ her application as long as it has been more than the 6 weeks time they themselves specified, especially that they do not primarily send anything stating the recieval of the application.
& that ofcourse doesn't mean unnecessary emails.. One for the sakeof assuring everythinv is alright to relieve the mind from worrying should b fine I believe.
Still, ofcourse, if someone wishes to wait patiently & refrain from asking, well, that's his right as well & good for everyone.
