Hi Canadaforall:

I can see from your other post that the applicant was a NOC 1122, did he/she have arranged employment? Obviously your dates have us all confused, so please clarify thanks.

Cam

Sorry it is a typing mistake. Yes, he is from 1122 NOC code. No arranged employment. He picked it up and then informed me later. i will check it today and will confirm details.

Hi. If this is a genuine AOR then this is news indeed. However, did you mean 7th November? Today is the 9th November so we will not reach 7th December for another month or so!!

Are you able to get your friend to give us the details of what was included in the AOR? Was this by email or fax? Also what was his/her NOC code?

Thanks,
Wayne.

Yes, he is bringing the letter to me today. I will give you guys details. Wait this evening. Sorry it is a mistake on my part.

Thanks.

pls include me in your list:

NOC-4151
Date Received by Paul: Oct 18, 2010
BD encashed before Nov.3, 2010 -bank can't determine exact date but confirmed that it has already been encashed

Btw, i submitted my application package without the Visa Office specific checklist in it. I forgot to include it in my package. Lucky me, CIO still encashed my BD.

Added dear..Please update us with ur VO

What will be very interesting is if the next few AORs are all 1122.

We've seen big delays in issuing AORs, maybe CIO have some policy now of not issuing FSW1 AORs until the NOC cap is complete for that NOC? This might explain the delays they've been talking about, and why they feel it may take UP TO 8 months.

It would be pretty unfair if this is how they are doing it. People in NOCs which are not filling up may have to wait a LONNGGG time to find out if they passed the eligibility review.

But anyway let's see what details Canadaforall is able to give us. If my little theory is correct we should be seeing a lot of NOC 1122 AORs and rejections soon.

I hope our friend CANADAFORALL is not doing a 1st of April ;D on all of us.

This is a serious forum and no room for games please. People are anxious and i can not be playing. I have no time to play , rather i should be doing something to help myself. Ok i have asked him to bring it to me today evening so that i can look at it in detail and give you guys details.

This is because i myself was surprise when he told me that. I know it is 1st come 1st serve at CIO. So i am waiting to see the copy and confirm it. I will also ask him if they had taken money from his account.

I will confirm all to you guys.

I doubt it as CANADAFORALL has posted the exact same post in the post june 26 NOC 1122 thread too. Either he is being naughty or it is true.

I am serious, i am not playing, there is no time to play and moreover i am not a little baby. I know people are anxious and should not be playing with their time, because time is money and i like this forum. So details of when it was written , the mode it was received and also exactly when will be posted this evening. So wait for the detail i will see the letter personally since i know how it should look like.

No problem.

OK Canadaforall thanks for your input, +1 for you :) This is indeed exciting news. So "bring it to me today" would suggest he received AOR by post rather than by email?

Hopefully we'll know more towards the end of this week if a few more people start receiving an AOR, we can start to establish some kind of pattern.

We are all serious and so are hanging in here. The post was so jumbled that one person thought it was last years submission.
When you reply in the evening - can you kindly include the following -
1) How did he get it? Email or snail mail?
2) Contents of the letter and the date on it.

Cheers

The main question in my mind is, why would an application submitted on Sept. 30 get an AOR ahead of all the rest?
Some other questions may be, what company did this person work for or what is his specific work experience, that would place his application ahead of the rest.
Other questions would be, what country did he apply from and where did he receive his AOR?
Come on Canadaforall, you can't drop a bombshell and just leave us hanging here! :)
