I've just called the bank and they informed me that the BD was encashed 20th of September.

What a relief!!!!!! : : :

From the depth of my heart i wish all those who still waiting for encashing to hear good news soon.
I guess encashing is the first light.Whatwill be next is much harder but let's all trust in God's power and mercy.

By the way - a guy (pre-June-26th) had his CC charged on 9th August and received his AOR today!

That is around 6 weeks from card charge to AOR. Looking at the same timescales we should expect the first "new" applicants to receive AORs around mid-October.

In both the checklist (CIO & Visa Specific), they are asking for IELTS results and they have to be original. NOw i have only one copy of it. WHat should it do?

We do have xzhicun whose application was received on 13th sept and CC charged on 17th. So the 1122 was not filled till 13 sept. Not sure how this guy could get his app and letter so quickly that 1122 is filled....unless he got an email. Wonder if they will send email or return the app package.

This is the news for all who are going to land in Canada.

Canada economy creates surge of jobs in June
* Economy adds 93,200 jobs vs 15,000 forecast
* Unemployment rate drops to 7.9 pct from 8.1 pct
* Services gain while goods sector sheds workers
* Rate hike on July 20 seen as more likely (Adds analysts, market reaction, details)

Canada's economy created far more jobs than expected in June in a surprising sign of strength after a raft of discouraging data, fueling expectations the central bank will hike interest rates again this month.
Statistics Canada said on Friday employment surged by 93,200 in June, adding to gains to nearly make up for the 417,000 jobs lost during the country's recession.

Analysts had predicted an increase of 15,000 jobs after a moderate gain in May of 24,700 positions.

The unemployment rate in June fell unexpectedly to 7.9 percent from 8.1 percent, the lowest since January 2009 but still well above the pre-recession level of 6.2 percent.

Right. I actually expect AOR to start coming within the week atleast to those who had their applications filed sometime in may or june..

If it isn't too much..i would want to expect our AOR's around this time too.. wouldn't hurt believing for miracles upon miracles..after all i didn't expect my cc to be charged in as early as sept.9..
