Re: Buffalo Oct 2010 Applicants

Congrats to all those who have received their MRs. Could you please share the list of supporting documents that they requested you to send. Did they ask for transcripts, letters from employers, IRS & USCIS docs etc? Also have your ECAS changed?

I need to ask one question....Do you think removing a minor lump from the body will affect medicals for my application...

i still am waiting for me and my spouse medicals. however my spouse has a small lump in his leg, which is a simple lipoma...so he is getting it removed through a small procedure...

So please can anyone tell me if this can affect the medicals for the immigration...

Guys, quick question. Does anybody know anyone who retained David Cohen (Campbell Cohen) as representative for immigration application anytime in 2010.

If so how much was quoted for Retainers agreement?

Very urgent, A friend is doing some research on representative fees.

They quoted for my friend which was CAD 2500/- divided into 3 installments, which is worth every penny.

Hi seniors,
I am a post june 2010 applicant and just wanna pick up your minds about the average time LVO is taking now a days to finalize cases AFTER completion of Meds.Your replies would be helpful
Thanks

You will receive in 6 to 12 weeks after medical depending on simplicity/complexity of your security checks.

For your info if it helps

I attended a job fair in Toronto on 4th & 5th.
Saskatchewan is the province to look into as it is growing very fast and they need people.
For most of the jobs they do not need credential approvals also.

www.employmentnetwork.ca check in Saskatchewan

NO WAYa small procedure can hinder your medicals. However do mention this is the physical examination part and keep copy of all the records of this procedure. The Doctor may send a photocopy of this record.

The only hindrance in Medicals in anything related to TB,HCV or HIV, even major OP's are ok as long as you have a record of them.

Thanks friends who sent me congrats especially Sonir, Mitali and Bhakti but I am not sure whether its good sign or not as inside detail is old......My AUZ visa expired today so I am on bridging visa now onwards of PR 857...Do you think, I should inform vo too regarding current status or wait untill ask for???

Hi smile forever,

If you have papers to prove that it is a simple LIPOMA and is safe then just carry those papers with you. He need not have to go for surgery just for CIC's sake.

This is just my opinion.

Dear Ritu...
U dont need to inform the visa office about your status...and as long as your status is legal according to their laws...u dont have to worry...bridging visas provide a route to remain legal in australia till your visa application has been decided...just correct me if im wrong...

Anyhow dont worry...u do not need to inform the visa office of ur change...

thanks
