I just received my GCMS notes. Wow! It is huge.

My lawyer updated my file with my Police Clearance Certificates in March. This was just after transfer to the London VO. I didn't know that was possible.

Anyway, my file has been assigned to a case officer for processing. I'm just waiting for the next instructions.

I have sent my Medicals, PCC and RPRF on 18 Oct, now its more than a month I did not get any receiving notification from London VO so I wrote them a Email and asked them to plz confirm me the receiving of Documents, to my surprise they can not locate my PCC and Bank Draft and replied regarding my medical that it maybe my under review. I gave them details of my courier and the person who received it.

I want to know had anyone faced the same problem ???

its not ur problem...its London VO problem....n they faced such problems earlier....u dont worry.

thanks. My ECAS is still RBVO but from the GCMS notes, actions have been taken.

My file was passed to an officer in October.

I will update when I have had the opportunity to read it in detail.

I'm at work presently so I'm not so disposed.

BUt if they do not find the package thn, RPRF fees has already been deducted at the time of making demand draft so all will be lost, my PCC and bank draft... and its been more thn a month now and still nuthing have been updated in my file ...

watdo u mean by RPRF deducted?...u mean bank has deducted from ur account balance or VO has encashed?

if BD is not encashed n if it is lost/.......u can get ur amount refunded....all u need to do is follow the bank procedure for refund....

nothing wil b lost Inshallah...everything will be ok.

Everything was in same package PCC and BD... medicals by my Doc...
When I made the BD amount was deducted from my account ...
VO can not encashed it as it was in the same envelope with my PCC ..

...bt how come u managed to send BD and PCC with Medicals?...Medical Report are supposed to be send by DMP?

Hmm that explains....

The Medical Receiving office is different and the Office where you send (yourself) updated documents and RPRF is different.

The letter that I got says, that the DMP forwards the Medical to:
OVERSEAS HEALTH PROGRAMS

Why did you give the documents and BD to doc to send? instead of sending it yourself....anyways hopefully they will get it.
