Good News!!!! So happy....
I received my passport request by email just now...oh dear oh dear!
I sent inquiry to visa office and they replied back with PP request!

Dear mitali and other seniors,

i just receive my PPR thru e-mail .
it include an updated form which require home telephone number .one wk back i shift to a new place with a new number and adress,at this time, should i update CIC or go with same old adress and telephone number.kindly advice,i m eagrly waiting for ur reply

Oh yes, you should definitely inform VO. Your PPs will be sent to the new address.....you dont want your PPs to be sent to old address...do you?

at time of application, i didnot submit my daughter's passport but latter i sent scanned copy to ndvo after per via cse as attachment. Secondly i shifted my funds to fixed deposits without informing vo. Is these two reasons caused delay. Wht should i do know? Or vo will itself demand. Dr bhatia

You just said it......yes these things make a difference and an apparently straightforward case becomes complicated and and consumes time on processing.

Send another email to reconfirm the inclusion of your daughter's PP (copy).
Request for POF will be asked later (may or may not) when you are in "In Process"

Noticing we almost did our meds around the same time and haven't heard anything untill now, I also send London VO an enquiry...

1 how many applicants whos applications have been found complete by cio are refused VISA by NDVO or any other visa office.
2 what is the percentage of cases which are successful, may be with delay, after the file received at visa office.

As per NDVO Spreadsheet....3 people got refused.

2. After RBVO n 1 atCIO

2- REASON....ONE GOT REFUSED AFTER INTERVIEW....NOC job duties dint match....other by VO ....reason insufficient point in work experience (blunder by consultant)
