Didn't you get a track&trace, to know if and when your files arrived at VO?
Because than you know for sure London is making a mess out of it!!!

It was sent with TRACK & TRACE and also confirmed signed for by the VO. They are not denying receiving the parcel but they are saying that the parcel only contains my baby's medical and not wife's X-ray.
However, the DMP and the hospital where the X-ray was done are cooperating. The hospital has agreed to send another X-ray result to the DMP's office. Also I have paid the DMP to send it by special delivery (guaranteed next day). At worst, the new X-ray should be in London VO on monday next week.
The service level at London VO is very disappointing.

Now I'm beginning to get a bit nervous...
We also got track&trace, with proof of receiving files to London VO but haven't heard a word for over 2 months now...
Can we make a call to VO London or send a special enquiry or so???
Because I really would like to know IF they still can find our file...
