To NDVO Applicant,

Truimph received medical request by post and Sonir and one more feb applicant received further request or mr by e mail.

Why NDVO following two different strategy ?

What is logic behind this ?

Samvats I think Sonir did not receive MR. He just Received pcc and rprf request by email....

This doesn't seems to be good... it was not Service Canada or Employer faults rather VO who delayed in processing your file - resulting AEO expired. Now, have you spoken to your employer to check if the revised AEO will come soon rather than in a 6 months time frame?

Hope VO should give you more time in order to receive the new AEO from the employer.

Hi all, I got a letter from Canada immigration office , New Delhi today morning. It stated that they require following documents.

1] A photo copy of the HRSDC confirmation letter (Arranged Employment Opinion) which was sent to your employer for yourself. Please note your arranged employment opinion expired on September 20, 2011.
2] Please provide us a new AEO (Arranged Employment Opinion) in order to continue processing. Please also provide an updated offer of employment from proposed employer in Canada. This must be received at this office by 11/10/2011(MM/DD/YYYY).

How long is a AEO valid for,I didn't think there was a date of validity with them .

oN AEO the validity date will b mentioned.

My employer offer letter was till July 2011. Before approving AEO, The HRSDC called my employer in CANADA and advised him to submmit new offer letter for a longer period as the VISA processing may take longer time. So my Employer submmitted new offer letter valid till 2013. And sent the same to me.

i m so scared....letter date was 26.09.11 and post reached on 03.10.11....yes its registered post only...my address is missing from last week the status is same RBVO...
i mailed the letter to my employer i m gonna call him now....he will help me for sure bcox i worked there preciously...so i hope ..... ??? ??? ???
