Why are you eliminating the simplified application?

Since we changed to the simplified application we've noticed a significantly higher number of applicants withdraw when asked for their supporting documents, or full application. By eliminating the simplified application and asking for all the documentation at once, we will make processing more efficient. Eliminating the simplified application shaves 120 days off the total processing time, because this is the time we allowed applicants to send in their supporting documents.
With this, I think, there might be some miscommunication or NO communication at all at this time from CIC to our respective VOs with regards to handling of Post-June 26 applicants....... I'm keeping my fingers crossed, though.

I totally agree with you, all these "33 weeks thing that call center agents give us, copy-pasted generic letters, PCC's to be or not to be included" are indicators that even CHC's branches and employees are not really aware of the new rules. This maybe the reason why some of our friends in the consultancy business are joining this forum. We have the data/statistics of how CHC is moving in our spreadsheet. After PER, July applicants will show us what's next.

Congratulations made711, I say, your PER is the sweetest for me coz you gave us hope....Your PER has somehow pulled out the dagger in our chest..

Another day has passed and CIO employees went home already. As long as I dont receive a NER even without PER upto this date Ill try to be at peace.

BTW made711 may I know if you contacted them thru email to inquire about your status? if you did, how often?

last week , I sent an Enquiry to (( FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca)).
now I recieved an email from CIC as Below:

as you see they sent my File number before PER.

hmm...They said "awaiting review" instead of "under review".seems like CIC not even strated review process for Oct 27 applicants.

wel they gave me a different answer although I am November applicant...this is what they replied to me...
