Its past 4 months in RBVO and not a word from NDVO. During this period do you think our files have been have been alotted to a visa officer? Do you feel they have gone thru' our files or are are they just piled to catch dust and wait for the applicant to make a CSE? I feel it is? Take the example of Jason Bourne he was in RBVO just like me for months, poor fellow had to make a CSE and I feel thats the time they got up from their slumber and felt he needed to be interviewed. I really dread to make a CSE fearing I will also be called for an interview.

Do give me an insight into this matter.

4 months is normal time.....just check the NDVO spread sheet ....u will see the timelines of other members.

My advice is to wait for 8 months from date of APP. reached CIO or 6 months from RBVO .

I have surpassed 8 months after app reached CIO. Now I better wait for 6 months in RBVO. I feel NDVO must be testing my patience. Finally WAITING is the name of the game.

But anil also said "heartening" whereas I think he meant "disheartening" - so I am hoping it is just a language thing and hopefully his "who cares" comment was not intended maliciously.

If it was, it was a very distasteful comment to make.

The riots on Monday night included Nottingham which is 20 miles from where I live.

Last night some riots happened in Leicester which is only 8 miles from where I live

seriously there is something going on at NDVO

ajaygoyal received MR dated 5 July 2011.....he his Jan 25 applicant.

Now its 1 month and not a single member Received MR nor Status changed.

Afcourse Mayankpandya(feb app.) received MR but he also got a query in may for which he responded.
