Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Thanks again Mitali. So with NDVO, after RBVO, once your application is deemed eligible it goes into IN Process and during IN Process the background and security checks ensue OR are background checks (educational qualifications, work experience etc) done during RBVO???

Applicants can withdraw their applications and receive a refund before the commencement of In Process; based on this fact, I believe that CIC has a machinery which comes into full play during the In Process stage, for example physical verification of job place. So to make a decision for physical Job verification, the VO must have flagged some documents after an intensive study during the RBVO stage.
I believe a partial (paperwork study) of Work experience, qualifications, relative points, POF etc is done during RBVO. Sometime the VO can request an Interview to clarify doubts and that is only possible if an in depth study of the documents have been made. Often times people have received Interview requests to clarify Job duties performed and they have failed to convince the VO .....sometimes the case are genuine but LUCK did not favor them.

And for sure, all the background checks,security checks are done during the In process stage. We have to remember that CIC takes the help of different Govt and organizations to get a CLEAN STATUS of the candidate which requires a lot of resources and money.

This is just my opinion and we can only make an educated guess of what is really happening to our files in their POSSESSION.

So I wonder when they are going to start showing the total applications for July 2011>?

Seems no-one has reported their credit card/draft cashed yet. My guess is end of this month. Since certain NOCs will fill up fast I imagine they will want to communicate to people at the earliest opportunity once the NOC is full.

Hopefully things will be a lot less hectic than they were for us this time last year!

nothing that kind of things happen...RBVO is just RBVO..when it comes to IN PROCESS...they look into ur file n if everything is satisfactory they send MR/RPRF ..N if they have any doubt they will ask for further documents....very few cases they wil check personally..i mean send letter to universities to find the authenticity of degrees....call company and enquire about the applicant....call bank regarding funds etc...nothing more

Thanks for your insight and time. I was wondering if anything does happen at RBVO stage because except for one, to date none of the post-feb 2011 NDVO applicants (including myself) seem to have gone IN PROCESS according to the spreadsheet.

We are talking apples and oranges here. I am talking about the current applications (Post June 26, 2010) and not about pre 2008. Things have changed a lot since. Anyways, if that is what satisfies your understanding.....I have no qualms/arguments.

what cud not been done in 5 years u think will b done in 5 months? u mean they increased the staff n security personell to check??? i have been associated wit people who are immigrant lawyers as well many people i know hwo got PR ...... from more than 5 years....only thing i heard is...they call COMPANY or Bank....not heard anythng apart from that....either people get refused because of Fake unemplyment/ funds or fail in interview.....did u heard anyone got refused for any other reason...which they checked n found it fake?
