Please provide a copy of all pages of your spouse's military booklet, including blank pages.
Please provide a copy of your work book.

All additional request I think depends of VO. Don't worry you will get medicals!

have sent to me:

what does it mean? it means I WENT to " in process" step?!!!!!!!!!

hi, i have the same situation....
my file was transferred from damascus to warsaw vo on april 2 but i recieved the confirmation email regarding the transferr on april 27...
starting from june 22 my ecas turned into in process, so you should expect 30 to 60 days till your file turned to in process...
i hope this will be helpful for you...

I thought I should share this with everybody on this thread. I delibrately decided not to actively contribute this past few days but to....

I am sorry to inform you that my application returned back by CIO on 28 june since cap of 3111 reached .But surprisingly my application reached on 10 june 2011 and at that time cap of 3111 was 978 and on 23 june again cap was 978 only then how come cap reached on 10 june to 1000 ?
Anyway i didnt recieve yet my application back .i sent them email about website cap information on 15 and 23 june 2011 but it cant help me anymore.
As soon as i will get it i will send it back but i dont know when it will reach india since they sent it by ordinary post.please remove me from the tracker ,,

Thank you for your consideration - although people like maani1985 who seem to dedicate far more time critising and insulting people than they do contributing anything positive, are swiftly changing my mind.

Since I am just a third grade script writer and 50 entire days I have spent on this forum helping people has just been writing third grade scripts, and the dozens of hours I have spent writing the pages of reference information on my blog has nothing to do with immigration, I am very rapidly running out of reasons to keeping posting.

I think CIO will not accept second applications whose UCI already exists and e-cas status showing RBVO because they cant issue second UCI if your application already exists at visaoffices under fast track programme (post nov.2008 ).
This is what i am predicting because eventhough the cap was not reached of 1000 on 10th june2011 they sent my second application back while DHL delivered mine on 10th june 2011 to CIO and see the cap as mentioned by CIO website : Applications received toward the overall cap: 13,682 of 20,000 as of June 21, 2011
