Hi Wayne, Anil, Indira,

Could you be kind enough to let me know when exactly do we get the 2nd. AOR. Is it after 2nd eligibility review or after the file reaches the visa office. I just got my 2nd. AOR. Can I expect MR ,PCC and PPR soon?

Congrats CHEERSMAN for your 2nd AOR. Please confirm your city of residence and the payment /en-cashment date as mentioned on PER ... MR with in weeks.....

so, it's been more than 1 month(from Feb 22) your's in process.
VO started processing my file from 30 march

Congratz to Hasib Bhai, Dr. Ray, Sam Bhai and who ever else got MR, PPR recently!

My status is "RBVO" for quite sometime now. I am not sure why it has not gone to "In Process" still. Got my 2nd AOR dated March 9th but no PCC request even. I think they are taking longer time for my background clearance as i have thick travel history also involving Middle East. Lets see.

Little worried, but inshallah things will be alright.

Dear London Visa office applicants,

I am an August' 10 applicant, and still waiting to hear anything regarding the 2nd AOR. I check my online status everyday, and it is still stuck at "received by VO" although some like Wayne at least have "in process".

Frustration is one part of it, but on the other hand, has any one in the same boat like mine, written to the London VO, regarding an update, and has anything been received ?? Through my initial calculations, i was hoping that I would be able to do a first landing in Canada, somewhere in August this year, and had planned a lot things accordingly, but obviously that does not seem to be a possibility any more !!

Can seniors advise what would be a realistic target lading date for us, so that I can do some sort of planning again ..

As far as for me,i ringed CIC and inquired abt my status. One mr Immanuel answered and told that they have sent an e-mail on Jan itself ancd asked to check me in junk mail since i hv not received anything. I informed abt the reply from CIC for my enquiry and he has asked the contents of the mail. He informed me that they will send a mail within one week. He is hesitated to reveal it is+ve or -ve. He is revealed all these after a long verification. It takes more than 30 minutes and he is a nice man.

So now the time for prayers. Let HIM decide my fate.
I suggest you and all other similar state persons to ring up and enquire. U should keep a decent manner of
talking...
Kindly inform if any further developments.......

Yes my brother-in-low call CIO from Canada and they told him my immigration and client numbers, but nothing more. I have got reply for my inquiry yesterday:

As the atmosphere is soooo grim for many of the VO's, I thought of doing this & bring a smile (even if it is sarcastic one!!) on many of our worried/ sad/ tensed faces ......... and get all sorts of response for spamming....

Once you get medical request, PPR could potentially only be a couple of months behind that. Then 4-6 weeks to get the visa, sooner if you deliver your passports by hand.

So basically I'd look at 3 months from medicals to visa. So if you get med requests by end of April, possibly you might get visa by end of July. We are hoping to land end of August/start of September - but I know what you mean, it is difficult to plan with such unreliable delays. True, our ECAS says we're "In Process" but that's not much comfort given how unreliable ECAS can be!
