I wanted to ask if some 1 knows that if i widraw my application submitted on aug 2008, which i know is not eligible for processing(as the occupation doesnt fit in the list of 38), will i get my refund rite away? note that the application status on website show in-process. i made an enquiry on the same to the emmbassy but they didnt responded clearly whether i cud get the refund rite away or not they only told me the procedure.

What is in your e-case status? when they start to process your application? have you got any supporting document request or etc. You applied at any local office or to Sydeny? It seems if they already start to process your application, then you may not receieve any refund.

online status is "in-Process" n its been the same from sep 2008. as my occupation is not on the list its obvious that they will not process it and they havnt sent any doc request as yet ..
