Application was returned. Should I pay fees once again?

Hello all, my application was returned with the reason IMM5285 form missing. I am going to fill in this form and resubmit the application. What should I do with fees? I was applying for both permanent residence(1040CAD) and open work permit(255CAD). I know that 75CAD are non-refundable for the application, but what happens with the rest of the money? Will they be returned to the credit card? SHould I pay all fees once again?

No, just resubmit the corrected package with the original receipts. They can be used again until they have taken that money and put it toward an application.

But on the official website there is the following information:

"If my application is returned to me, will I be reimbursed for my fee payment?
Yes. If your application is returned to you―either because it was incomplete, received before the program re-opened or received after the cap was reached―your fee payment will be reimbursed."

As someone who had a returned application just send your application back. You do not have to pay again.
