Application update message

I have submitted my file on 17 april 2019 and on 25 april i have got mail that you have a new message on your application status. The message was that your visa has been refused. But today i have got another mail that your application has been updated please check your application status page. When i have open my page there is no new message.
What should i do?
Please tell me is this a positive message for me or not?

If it still says your visa application has been refused then there is no change in your case. This has happened to me before too.
