Application to change conditions.... form questions

Hi All,

I am currently filling out the online application to for visitor extension and I noticed in the document checklist imm5558 it asks for a Photocopy of current immigration document. Is this only for the mailed application?

Do I need to provide it for the online application? If so, should i upload it with the Letter of Declaration?

Also, is it acceptable under DETAILS OF VISIT TO CANADA 1) Purpose of my visit to put Other >>> "Details in Letter of Explanation"?

If you are using the online tool and it is requesting you upload this then you should upload it.
