Application submitted from a CIC account which does not belong to applicant

Hello All,

I need some urgent help here. I have applied for visitor visa for my parents using my CIC account. I somehow feel that is a mistake. It should have been done from the applicant's CIC account (My mother is the primary applicant in this case)

My question here is :

1. Is it okay to apply for parents visa from my CIC account ? If no, then what should be my next step to fix this mistake ?

2. Is it possible to withdraw the visitor visa application ? I submitted it yesterday only

Any guidance here would be highly appreciated. Please help me out here.

You can use your account provided that you also answered on the set of questions that your will be their representative. You should have filled up the
family member representative form.
