Application Submission Date Reset to 60 days

Hi everyone i was in the midst of submitting my application by uploading documents. I had 38 days left to submit the application. But today when i logged in to my profile i saw the REMAINING DAYS have been reset to 60 days as on 21st March 2020 and today on 23rd March 2020 i see as 58 days left.

Why this reset ?

Why this reset ?

Only a guess but is possible that extra days have been put in place due to COVID affecting all applications both in submission and processing.
