Hi,
I am trying to Register for Application Status Tracker account, but I receive an error message.

"Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."

I tried both these links below:

any Idea how to register an account?

I got into mine by "resetting" my password, so maybe give that a shot?
 
Yes I applied by myself.
6 month ago after a long wait time, I hired a lawyer and applied for a Mandamus, but still didn't get the outcome.
I still access my own express entry account, the lawyer doesn't.
If you have the complete access of your account then keep trying because the tracker new and might be experiencing more then normal traffic, in my case I had to try whole day then only 1 time it showed up email on account to send the code. All other times it was saying different things like technical difficulties , wrong information etc. Just make sure you copy exact same thing from your application, good luck.

Mine didn’t work until I put my given names (not just first name, if you have a middle name). Try and see?

did you wait for the UCI to change from CAN* to a regular numbered UCI then register, or were to able to register when UCI was CAN* itself?

my UCI is a 10digit number with no alphabets. Are you an inland or outland applicant? I waited to get my AOR before registering as that’s the only way the system is able to find your application
 
I'm Inland I received my AOR as soon as I applied but the UCI still shows as CAN*, let me wait for it to change to the 10digit number then. In another post they say it changes only when the MEP/BIL stage kicks in i.e. around 2-3 weeks after the application

I also once experienced an issue when I was entering the UCI number with dashes and it had to be all together. Also it didn’t work for me for the first week I received my AOR but then the case registered. Worst case you can give it a little bit more time and then submit a web form request or call them. Good luck!

In your case I assume you had a proper UCI number as a part of AOR, my AOR for some reason still has the CANXX number so I'm waiting for it to update
