so it means that the medical center sends the reports directly to India and from India the health officer notifies the VO by e mail or sends the report back to Pakistan.......
m worried because i have to arrange for the accommodation and the ticket and need to frees my semester in Pakistan and many other things.....

Dude don't be in so rush . . Be calm and focus on your semester first.

Contact your Travel Agent ask him to reserve seat what ever suitable for you.

Make a proper list and start buying stuff when you have your visa.

and for accommodation if you have any one there who can arrange well in good else try this website for initial stage

Yes exactly! The additional forms that the DMP attaches to your medical call letter has instructions that it is to be sent to Delhi. Plus, the 3550/- Rs fee that you paid includes the postage of your medical reports.

ramzero is right. First plan things when it comes to buying. And as per the ticket, contact travel agent and tell him about your proposed travelling. He'll tell you the options. Reserve a ticket and you're good to go.

I seriously suggest you to read out this forum for links related to "Luggage" and things to buy and stuff. It might save you time and money both.
