Yaar, aapne mujhe kuch din pehle advice di thi ke FRC weghaira attach karo. Kia aapne property papers, FRC attach kia tha?yes or no, in either case attach them, and apni SOP MEIN, apna wahan jaane ka motive or achi tarha explain karo, i mean ke, wahan university mein faculties educated, more advanced learning criteria etc...etc.. (Go to the uni page search something out aout your program aur SOP mein mention karo ke aisa sab Pakistan mein nahin, aur studies mein help milegi, aur last line mein kuch aisa mention karsakte ho, ke a foreign degree has more value in my country and more opportunities in my country with a foreign degree etc... etc....
Acha, tou ek apna motive or clear aur acha samjhao, try karo ke koi educated professional tumhari SOP likhe, uni website se information lekar, aur sab kuch. Other thing FRC aur property papers ya insurance papers aapne lagaye hain ye, sab bhi SOp mein mention karo, ke in defence of my previous refusal , i have attached these new docs etc.etc., apni final line Sop mein add karne se pehle ye sab likhdena. And haan financial status tou yehi jo meine pehli post mein samjhaya ke try opening an account in ur mom or dad's name. Aur haan tumhara bhai pakistan mein hi job karta hai, tou SOP mein family ties waali row mein yeh bhi add kar sakte ho, ke my brother completed his education and is working here for a long time, and my whole family lives here in Pk etccc....... likin final supporting letter mom ya dad ka hi ho with their personal bank account statement.
You are wondering that i am wriing this much to u, the reason is i have been to australia, and 2 other countries , so i know about some stuff, its common really, likin read carefully. Aur understanding chahiye tou gimme a personal msg

And SOP mai ye sub kucj mention kiya tha. yaar SOP mai ne bohat achchee likhee thee. they didn't even return my SOP. they sent me back each and every document except my SOP

Now thats a problem. anyways sorry to hear that. Phir mujhe aisa lagta hai, you have to consult with somebody, and for people who say that, its no use, they are partially right becuz in some cases they are our last option like in your case, kyunke as i said, the ideal case is mom and dad. Therefore either consult somebody or else change ur option, and try IRELAND. Nice country. Likin my personal advice waapis apply mat karna jab tak u dont consult, kyunke these refusal reasons are pre-printed, and its up to their mood. Iknow a guy who has been refused upto 5 times with same reasons halaanke usne saari conditions ke against docs attach kardiye thay.

Choose Noranex or others in Islamabad, pindi, just search on google for iccrc or icrcc certified consultants. Otherwise change your country option, warna waapis refuse kardeingay and paisa waste, My advice otherwise try your luck man.Best wishes

yar shujat bhai so sorry to hea.........................its really upset me....................yar i wanna to give you some suggestio

1) bfirst of all hire HR agent(many offices) ,they will tell you if your application has any think missing and guide you very leagly , actually they will take your case if they seemed that it can get visa. thier charges are just 10 thousands.....
2) it would be better if your bro tranfered amount about 30 lac in your account,,,,,,,

I have changed my plans a little bit. Actually I have applied for CAIPS today to know the exact reason of refusal.
I will get it by the end of this month probably. then I will apply again

1) bhai se kaho k paise tmhaa account me dal de or affidavit likh k da da k ye amount is k pehla 2 sal k expensive k lia ha or other will paid by me on given time frame without any financial hardship.............
2) yar HR walon se milo or case apna discuss karo........

Actually your decision to delay is good, but keep in mind that when choosing consultants, look for iccrc certified, because these one are originally canadain certified consultants. Not sur about HR but Noranex is certifird , ther ae many other s as well. Check the websites......... Good Luck

Yaar, i was going to apply last week, but forgot to collect the frc and delay in the delivery of bank statement, so InshAllah coming week mein apply kardunga. But this is my last try, than changing the country or will apply for postgraduate after undergraduate in Pakistan, tou this time fingers crossed

No yaar, u told me that its about 40 canadian dollars, i know its not that expensive. but i know the reasons why i got rejected exactly,.

1- Travel history - i overstayed in Australia, and did not submit additional docs for explaining my stay
2- personal assets - i did not show any
3- financial status - same as above but i missed some docs
4- family ties - i did not submit frc and some others.

I hope this yime i add these things, i will get the visa, otherwise its upto ALLAH

I visited Dawn Education Expo in Karachi today as I came to know that CHC Islamabad is also participanting. To my dismay, there were only a couple of lay men sitting there with a host brochures in front of them. When I asked a few very relevant questions pertaining to most of the applicants of this forum, they said they don't have any idea about any of it and only handed me a checklist of documents which we all know very well. So all in all a disappointing visit.
However, in the checklist that was handed over to me by those guys, it is mentioned that the bank statement of last SIX months is required. I was under the impression that minimum FOUR months bank statement is required. Please share your views if this really is the case.
