Hi Meena

Listening is divided into three modules:

Module one: Will be simple and straight forward. It will be in the form of annoncements/information etc.
Module 2: A simple conversation
Module 3: Complex conversation (this one slightly fast and we need to be extra cautious)

Please note: Once you hear the person(s) talking, you will also need to keep the appropriate section in the booklet open, so that you can have a look at the questions as your hear the person(s) talking. The trick is to get your answers transferred to your booklet as you keep hearing.

Headphones will be provided and you will also be asked by the invigilator to test it for clarity before using it.

Fee can be paid by Cash directly to British Council in the library. There are representatives who will guide you how to go about it. An acknowledgement, Bill, and a sample learning material with Audio CD will be given.

If you have further questions, please write to me at htcmohan@gmail.com

Thanks
Madhava

hii meena...

You have to do preparations for IELTS...one should not take it casually. Because you will get points on the basis of score. I think, you should go for some coachings beacuse Practise is the main fundamental of IELTS. More practise- More Score. You will know the basis of scoring also when you will join coaching. I got 7.5 bands because of 15 days classes.

thanks...harsh
