Hello everyone,
My partner and I are about to submit our application and are considering having an attorney review it prior to submitting it.
Is this something you would recommend or have done?
Does anybody have any suggestions for an attorney in Victoria, BC?
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

For me i think it's not worth it if you have a straight forward case, follow the guide provide by cic and there is a lots of good information here on this forums :D :D :D

If it's a straightforward case, it's a waste of money.

If it makes you feel more secure about the application, why not? However, make sure you hire an immigration attorney. There is no guarantee that an attorney who specializes in something else will know any more about immigration than we do.

I 100% agree with you Shineon39. This forum helped me sooo very much. :)

thanks for the feedback. Our case is straightforward. The only 'red mark' may be that I was charged/convicted of a misdemeanor over ten years ago. But hopefully it's not.
Cheers!
