Dear All,
I sent my documents for FSW, PhD stream, two months ago. I received my documents back. It is written that I did not meet requirements of Regulation 10 of IRPA and to check the highlighted items on the enclosed checklists.

After doing so, I found that the "letter of attestation OR official transcript" section is highlighted. It is really weird because I applied when I finished the PhD but before the graduation day. Thus I provided a letter from the university which states that I finished all the degree requirements and will officially graduate at xxx day. I believe they did not accept this letter.

Now if I want to resend my documents, do I have to do another form? The officer has marked some sections and during the last two months I was doing some work that I did not add to my application.

Dear all,
I had applied under fsw for noc 2134 from india, and my file was recieved on 25th september 2013, I have recieved my application forms and the fee demand draft along with a letter stating I do not meet the regulation 10 of irpa and the application is incomplete.
I did not recieve the documents that I submitted along with the application.
Now how do I reapply for the same as I dont have my original ielts score .
Please suggest how do I proceed now.

please contact with your IELTS administrator responsible for your country. ask them to provide you additional trf ( original IELTS Copy ). legally they are bound to provide you this additional trf copy.
check British council website for further help . good luck
