Application returned in error

So i mailed off my application in August. triple checked i included everything. and i did have everything. today i checked my mailbox and mh whole application was returned to me. it had a letter stating that it was returned to me because i didnt include any IELTS results. but i DID include them!!!!! its within the documents that they sent back to me!! whoever opened my mail clearly just didnt look very hard!!! i am so frustrated right now, this delay is pretty much gunna cost me my relationship. does anyone have any advice on what to do?

That's weird. I don't have any suggestion on how to continue with the current application rather you should reapply again.
May be you can try to talk to CIC.

dont worry too much , please refile it , samething happend to me , you cant do much abt it , include a letter , number the document , and inlcude the the number in ur letter

In your application package, did you send the covering letter which includes a history about yourself, your work experience, your IELTS score & details (like index pages) which says what you have included in your application package...

In your application package, did you send the covering letter which includes a history about yourself, your work experience, your IELTS score & details (like index pages) which says what you have included in your application package...

This may happen if your IELTS score was below the CLB benchmark. You need to have minimum 6 in each module, if you belong to skill level 0 or A.
Please share your NOC code and IELTS score.

Hi guys thanks for your responses. i am a native english speaker from australia so my IELTS score were high. 7.5, 8.5 , 8.5 and 9 . Im class A NOC. i think its just human error im guessing i just have to put up with it and resend so frustrating!!!!!
