Thank you. I was wondering if I should include in my return/reapplying application packet a copy of the CIC's letter telling me what was wrong and if I should also include a letter from myself explaining it has been corrected?

Or do I just fix it and mail it back like the first time? It's the second time it's been returned. I'm trying again. I feel like I've memorized the application...my eyes hurt.

Although mine was returned only once I do feel you :D

I had the same question when I was sending my app the 2nd time, but I sent it as new one anyway, without their markings and highlightings in the checklist. I still have my doubts, and also 'd like to see what old-timers of this forum have to say. :)

I wonder if your letter was confusing as mine! I'm not sure if I fixed it properly or not. The wording is so strange. Mine said it was returned because it didn't meet requirements.. yada yada...the reason is highlighted. There was a sticky note near a signature. That's it.

Mine was long and stated that it doesn't fit requirements that described in sections 10 and 11 of the IRPR. They probably thought that I have it under my pillow like a bible and pray on it daily. But i did understand hightlights even though it took me a while to connect all dots together :D

I didn't get a sticky note  just scribbles on side of all pages.

Hi, mine was returned because I didn't include my sponsors notice of assessment .We just included what was missing rearranged the application according to the checklist, and included the CIC letter and highlighted checklist showing what was wrong .I got AOR 20days after I resent, which is even earlier than the first I sent .Also I will advice you go through the checklist again word for word to be sure you are not leaving anything out .

Dammit...:(, now i am thinking that i should have done the same. That might show them that everything I had been asked for is fixed now.

But it's been only 13 days, so I need to be patient

They wrote on yours! I think they wanted me to sign mine twice? The first time was an updated document. Apparently, even though the packet was in the mail they accepted me to discover that a new form was made and send it.

I have another question, did you update the dates and signatures on the applications?

I was reading tons of information of this matter and everybody said different stuff, especially when gap between first signed application and 2nd one is about a month or so (in case like mine when i had to gather more evidence of my residency in Canada).
One person said that his app was returned again cause old dates, another one did as you said and didn't do anything else..and so on and on.

I had to renew my visitor visa during the wait between the first and second, I updated those dates and signatures because I had to refill those. Plus, I'm redoing the IMM 5532 again.

Well I filled my forms and signed on 2nd February and resubmitted 5th April. I didn't change d dates when I resubmitted , I just attached the letter and returned checklist to show it was returned earlier (march) besides it wasn't stated In my letter that I needed to change forms Even though I noticed some of the forms have beeen updated in March . This is what worked for me .

Jeez.. Honestly, I did a comparison right now and you know what has changed?
They added a HAND next to the signature fields. It would be hideous if the applications will return back because of a PICTURE. -_-
Wow they change those forms like every month:mad:
