Application Rejection on Technicality - HELP!

Hi all,

Still no respond from CIC. Does it mean they refused to update my application? What should I do now? Could some one please help me out?

I used this address : OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca

Here is also the letter I sent them via email:

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to provide you with an updated letter of reference along with supporting documents. The reason I am sending these documents is because I was recently informed that my work experience will be considered after the degree parchment is awarded in an official convocation ceremony and not when the post grad work permit was received.

I received my official confirmation letter of graduation on January 13, 2011 and was told by university advisers that this letter certifies I have completed my degree. Therefore, I originally calculated my work experience after receiving my post grad work permit on February 18, 2011.

I have been working full time for “XXXXX” from 2012/04/25 to present for a total of 7 months (not 3 months as the previous letter indicates) before submitting my application and would like to ask you please consider using this letter instead.

I am very anxious and doubtful that this unintentional miscalculation could have a great impact on my application. I really appreciate it if you kindly take into consideration all my efforts to avoid any confusion in my case. I do apologize again if this may have caused any inconvenience for you.

It usually takes them quite a while to respond to an email. Doesn't mean they refuse to update your file.

No, I only included my file number inside the email and the email's subject was "Updated Additional Documents".

Should I send them another email and include my file number in the subject line?

fore sure, email them again with your file number in the subject line..no wonder you didn't get a reply.

here is my subject line:

Updated employment letter: E0000123456 and UCI: 12345678
 
Weird. My subject letter was only "Reference Letter of employment replacement" and they replied to me a day after.

Hi there,

I sent another email to "OttPilot-Immigration @ cic.gc.ca" last week regarding my updated additional documents with my file number in the subject line. I haven't heard from them since.

This is so frustrating and I do not understand why they are not responding. Should I email them again and ask them for answers?

Unfortunately I am in the same boat as well. I sent an e-mail 2 weeks ago, and I have my file number in the subject, but still haven't heard any thing back.

When did you apply? I send them letters presented to me from my university as a proof of my degree completion. Should I send them new job reference letter as well?

No , I applied in August and got my AOR in septmeber. My ecase says my application processing. I really don't understand why they rejected nick22 application. I was told that my work experience counts since the moment I get my work permit which was in February 2011. This is so unfair.

wondering if ur transcripts say any thing about your degree confered
