Application rejected for incomplete docs! How to contact IRCC?

Well i was saying couch a request for reconsideration on the basis of an appeal on humanitarian grounds.

Otherwise why would they reconsider the request? Technically, the documents were not submitted within the timeframe required and so the application should be rejected because it was incomplete.

You'd have to demonstrate that there were extenuating circumstances, and in their case that would mainly be based on humanitarian considerations, i.e. the distance of the panel physical from their residence was too far for her to travel during her pregnancy.

I would have hoped that this was explained in the initial Letter of Explanation.

I had done that too, but I doubt they have read and understood it completely!

Yes I have already raised a webform asking for reconsideration. Waiting for a response.

If you included all these three things, then you should raise a request.
If you have a good score, it is better to submit fresh profile and application and provide better documentation this time.

yeah i did and attached my docs, waiting for response, meanwhile i'm in pool but the score are going up and i'm afraid that i need to increase my score or will get IAT soon! my current score is 470 and i'm not sure that i need to retake ielts or wait for at least next 2 draws! tough situation
